The Four Elements of Evolution provide a simple framework for shifting from “doing” to “being.” When we engage life from the evolutionary mindset, we realize life is a context for our conscious evolution. As we begin to evolve, we tap into our authenticity, change seems to happen organically, and we feel less pressure to pursue life and instead enjoy it.

We experience life through qualia, or the qualities of subjective experience that cannot be physically measured. The quality of someone’s life experience is unique to them and imperceptible to anyone else. For that reason, the only person capable of altering your life experience is YOU! Regardless of your current situation, it is always within your power to change how you experience life.

Whether you feel stuck in your current life circumstance and have trouble getting the rubber to meet the road when it comes to living the life you want or creating the business of your dreams; or you simply want to test the boundaries of what’s possible, through understanding how your perception creates your current experience, you are empowered to change it.

The power to change your reality comes from shifting from being a bystander in your own life to consciously participating in your own evolution.  As humans, it’s easy to become complacent. However, the Universe – or Consciousness – is always evolving and it is asking us to do the same. When we experience pain and suffering, on the individual and collective level, it’s the Universe trying to wake us up and get our attention. Instead of reacting to what happens, the YIELD framework gives you a simple template for working with evolution.

Together, using the YIELD framework, we will embark on a journey of discovering your blind spots through Awareness; shedding the layers of conditioned thinking through Forgiveness; crafting a Vision that is uniquely you; and, learning to ride the waves through Surrender.

Working holistically, addressing a variety of aspects that create your experience of life – from your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions to how you relate to your physical and energetic bodies – as a consultant I will challenge you to step outside your comfort zone as we take an honest inventory of your current circumstance.

As I continue on my own journey of growth and to seek a greater understanding of what it means to be human and how to show up as the greatest version of myself, I am both humbled and excited to work with others in the context of their lives as I know it is only through the experiences made possible by human connection that I have the greatest opportunity to grow.
